Emma - Farm Manager at Peacefield
Who is this badass vegan, ultra marathoner, nurse, yogi and animal defender? Emma, Peacefield’s farm manager (the boss 💪), and heart of our sanctuary. She is a BSN Registered Nurse, attended the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota School of Business, and holds a plant based nutrition certificate from Cornell. Previous to Peacefield she was a pediatric nurse at Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. She’s now using her passion for helping others by actively participating in the animal rights movement and being a voice for the voiceless, showing people the benefits of a plant-powered diet through fitness (running races up to 100 miles!) and helping them take control of their health, and overseeing day to day operations, animal care, and programs at Peacefield. Ok, we’re biased, but she’s the real deal, almost too good to be true, and we’re so lucky to have her leading the way.
